  • Do you offer after hours support?

    Yes.  We can extend 24x7x365 support for any and all services in your environment. So can everyone else. So what makes us different? We're not in the business of being reacive. We plan by working with you to pick and choose how you want what's monitored to minimize how you want to work if impacted. 

  • How long does it take for you to respond?

    We can sit here and say align with  ITIL standards based SLA that prioritize as fast as a 15 minute response towards remdiations, and guess what - so does everyone else. Instead, let's get creative by giving you back control. You define the standards and the SLA's you need, and we'll customize an environment that is fit for you. 

  • Can we view and manage our network as well?

    Yes.  We believe in extending support of your resources, not taking it over.  At the end of the day, while we can managed and help support your day to day operations, they are your day to day operations. 

  • Do you have employees outside the United States?

    Arkitexts does not as our resources are all state side, but our extended service delivery network supports both domestic and international resources.  The reason is simple - compliance and cost.  There are times where data is sensitive and compliance requires resoruces to be domestic.  Domestic resoruce typically increase the bottom line, so where applicable, we can customize a mix of domestic and international resources supporting both operational and financial consideration custom to business needs. 

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    Not anymore.  The industry standard is typically a three or five year deal.  Due to many manual processes, the first year alone was earmarked as a learning year, year two was steady state, and year three was decision time whether an organization wanted to stay long term.  That was then.  With rapid deployemnt tools and standards readily available, onboarding expectations have been consolidated to first ninety days.  While three and five years deals are preferred for price breaks, we advocate on your behalf to annualize deals so that you have the power to control your longer term strategy while keeping managed service providers honest.
